Vegetables are a must on a diet. I suggest carrot cake, zucchini bread, and pumpkin pie. ~Jim Davis

Easy Peanut Butter Noodles
I came up with this recipe after trying something very similar in Nigella Lawson's Nigella Express. It was delicious, but I had to use quite a few substitutes for some of the ingredients, as you don't quite get everything living in Poland. This recipe is my version of an easy snack or lunch. My mum in particular absolutely adores this. A dish ready to satisfy the tastes of anyone anywhere. (except if you hate or are allergic to peanuts) It is also healthy, as it contains veggies and peanut butter. Experiment and add your own flavoring and nick nacks to this treat.
ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp gingergarlic paste
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp sesame seeds
a splash of wosestershire sauce
3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
pasta or egg noodles enough for 4 people
chopped veggies such as sprouts, bell pepper, carrot, cucumber, spring onions (whatever goes well with our flavor)
Instructions: boil the pasta or noodles according to packet instructions. in a small pan, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic, ginger garlic paste. cook for a few minutes. Then add the sesame seeds and stir forming a paste. add all the sauces and honey except for peanut butter. stir until well combined. Then add the peanut butter. Stir. When it is all incorporated, add some chopped veggies. Drain the pasta when cooked, and add the mixture to the pasta and... Enjoyyy!!
